Anglican Community Shop

Donations towards Op Shop and ATWC

Food insecurity is already an issue that is being addressed by local organisations: Rākau Tautoko, The Kai Collective, ATWC, Lālanga, The Good Fale, Aspargrove among others.

There is a gap, however, where many families are not able to access other essentials, such as: clothing, shoes, swimwear, bedding, linen, towels, books, sports equipment, children’s games and toys for many different reasons: second hand shops are not open, families don’t have the ability to make online purchases, families are financially struggling and need extra support from agencies etc.

While in Level 3 we cannot open our Community Shop. We are clearly feeling the loss of income which the Shop generates and we have received many donations of good quality clothing toys and bric a brac.

So we thought that parishioners who may want to help the ATWC charity might like to sponsor a clothing pack which we will send to ATWC and any other families who may need some assistance at this time.  Our Shop managers are putting together packs of the needed items that have been donated to the shop.

If you would like to sponsor a pack then you can do so by donating $20 into the Shop’s online account 12-3015-0496989-00.

Please reference your donation with your name and the acronymn ATWC.
