Welcome to Holy Trinity Parish Community Hall

Holy Trinity Parish Community Hall and Lounge facilities are located at 20 Church Street, Devonport, right next to Holy Trinity Church and a short stroll to the nearest beach. We can cater to a wide range of functions, from wedding receptions, anniversary or birthday parties, training seminars or conferences, classes or small group spaces. There is plenty of off street parking as well as a small number of disabled parking spaces on site. We have a range of furniture which can be configured however you would like it. Devonport Village is less than 5 minutes drive away or around 12 minutes walk from the ferry. If you are a member of our local community and arranging a special fundraiser please do talk to us to see how we can help you and make your event a successful one.

We have available to rent some fantastic new spaces. A large hall, separate lounge, brand new kitchen and small meeting rooms. If you are interested, please contact Andie in the office to find out more or see below for more information.

Spacious Lounge

Spacious Lounge configured to your requirements. Large screen on wall. Suitable for small parties, corporate functions, workshops. Can accommodate up to 70 people for casual gatherings or for sit down events up to 50 people. Lounge contains a wall mounted 50″ TV Screen.

Rental for 1/2 day usage of the lounge and kitchen is $195 + GST.

Parish Hall

The Parish Hall is a beautifully renovated space suitable for classes or large group gatherings such as weddings, funeral after functions, anniversaries, children’s parties, dances etc. The hall can seat around 120 – 150 people for a catering event, or between 150 – 200 people for a more casual social gathering. To rent the hall, lounge and kitchen as a combined unit for one day (or 8 hours) is $1050 + GST.

Other Useful Information

Holy Trinity Church is situated right next to the hall and has capacity for 200-250 people if you would like to hold your wedding and reception on the same sight for convenience. We have available tables, chairs, a well stocked kitchen with plates, cutlery and glassware to make your event memorable and easy.

Unfortunately due to the proximity to our neighbours we are unable to offer the facilities for 21st or teenage birthday parties.

We ask that all facility users treat our premises with care and respect and leave them as they find them. We charge a one off cleaning fee of $70 +GST which enables us to get professional cleaners in to sanitise all kitchen and bathroom facilities after each function.
