Home Communion

Holy Trinity has a team of Pastoral Care volunteers.    They do home visits to provide Holy Communion and pray with those members of the Parish who are no longer able to make it to our Sunday Services on a regular basis.   If you would like to receive Holy Communion please contact the Vicar in the first instance on

The Food Bank at Holy Trinity

 Provides emergency food assistance to individuals and families regardless of economic status.  Please phone the office on 445-0328 to arrange a Food Parcel and a time to pick it up.
